Home Visits

Home visits should only be requested for those who are unable to come to the Surgery because of serious illness and infirmity. They should be requested before 10am if at all possible.

Whenever possible we prefer to see you at the surgery; if you do not feel well enough to sit in the waiting room we will make alternative arrangements for you.

You can be visited at home by a community nurse if you are referred by your GP. You should also be visited at home by a health visitor if you have recently had a baby or if you are newly registered with a GP and have a child under five years.

GP Extended Hours

The practice works alongside other practices in the area to provide extended hours including weekends, please contact the surgery for details of the days we offer.

Cancelling or changing an appointment

Please call reception as soon as possible if you need to cancel an appointment in order that we can give the slot to another patient.

You can also complete our appointment cancellation notification request form. This can only be used if your appointment has been arranged for more than 24 hours in advance (excluding weekends and public holidays). You can also text to cancel your appointment.
